Kraft Power’s service and support is available for routine/scheduled maintenance, as well as for power emergencies. Our technicians are factory trained and certified to service and maintain the peak performance of generator systems of most makes and models.
We offer a comprehensive range of services – electrical and mechanical, with capabilities including onsite and shop overhauling of diesel and natural gas engines, transfer switch and switchgear service, controls upgrades and testing.

We offer planned maintenance services, in accordance with manufacturers’ recommendations and tailored to our customers’ specific needs, to help your system operate at peak performance. Full reports are sent to the customer showing evidence of work carried out and test results highlighting any detected defects.
Kraft’s factory trained and certified technicians are well equipped to undertake service and modification work with ease. We carry out extensive maintenance on all aspects of diesel and gas-powered plants. Our skills enable us to support complete systems with equal expertise in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
LOAD BANK TESTING

Load bank testing by Kraft Power will prolong the life of your power equipment and reduce the risk of unnecessary engine or generator failure.
Load bank tests the engine’s ability to produce kW and the generator’s ability to produce kVA. It confirms the generator’s ability to come up to full load and stay there without overheating and possibly shutting down. Testing also includes evaluation of other critical system specs, such as oil and fuel pressure, to make sure the engine is well lubricated and getting enough fuel to produce the power your system requires.
Testing results are furnished with any recommendation for repair and are added to your service history.
GENERATOR MONITORING
Kraft Power monitors your generator set 24/7/365 so you don’t have to. We provide critical generator engine data to you and our service staff within moments of an alarm or failure.
Kraft’s Wireless Remote Monitoring System is designed specifically for emergency power generators. Reporting critical operating conditions minimizes down-time and maximizes availability by sending instant generator failure messages to you and our on-call service staff for diagnosis and service dispatch if required. The Kraft Power Monitoring System is used in standby, prime, and rental power applications.
